I'm not sure how to make other friends play because i gave them the client and it wont run on theres.
(i use local client)

when my friend tries to run it he gets this and i get it too when i try to press run on this so i have to use local client everytime http://gyazo.com/a3db671952e42996b0abb8bfee07c781

You don't use 127.0.0.1 for others to play because that is LocalHost only so only you can use it, You need to set up a no-ip and portforward with your router and through you Firewall you need to allow the port access both UDP/TCP so you can make it work and it will connect.

No-IP

Firewall Method:
Start Menu - Search for Firewall then open the Windows Firewall With Advanced Security then go to Inbound Rules and make a New Rule and select Port and add the port of 43594 or whatever it is you want. After you got that open you Router IP in your Internet Browser and go to PortForwarding/Triggering and add your port to the Port Forward section. After that go to -> CanYouSeeMe to check to see if your port is open. If so then go to the No-IP link provided above and then sign up go to Manage Hosts and create a new one and then after that do not change a thing besides the name of the no-ip address and then you are good to save it and put the no-ip that you made into the IP section of the client.
