RuneLocus: - enough resources to get you well on your way - healthy (albeit small) community - professional and responsible staff - can be dead sometimes - only a few people here know what they are doing Also the botting sites have small RSPS sections but there's not much going on there and yes, most resources are years old because they represent content of years ago.
