Client Starting Up Error

Hey RuneLocus Community So I have been coding this client for a while and have been using it for over a month and it was working fine earlier then I leave for 10 minutes and come back and now this keeps coming back up. I did download the new java and jdk and switched all the info but it does this over and over I tried redownloaded and reinstalling and restarting my PC but it refuses to work. All of my variables are correct as well and it loads to like 60% then it does that error. Thanks in Advance for helping!

-Bump- I tried to see if it was the cache and moving it around and stuff and still nothing seems to work any help would be great thanks guys!
