Error connecting to server

I'm pretty new to this stuff and i'm having trouble logging in... under the run.bat folder, i changed my java to the current version, i'm not sure what else to change to make it able to let me log in. here is what is currently in my run folder:

I also looked in client.java and couldnt find it in there either.
Sorry, like I said i'm a beginner at this.

ip or port is incorrect, or cache is missplaced, do u get any errors? are you connecting on local?
