My server is offline

so i wanted to make a 317 server, but i have a problem no one can get on.

i portforwarded i changed the ip to no-ip etc etc, but nothing works.

can someone help me on teamviewer?

using no-ip doesn't do anything
its just a redirect dressed in a little skirt

Turn off your firewall or add the server folder as an exception
Make sure when you port fowarded you checked (assuming you are using windows)
cmd ipconfig /all and used your ipv4 address
Portfoward your ports as UDP and TCP
Make sure your clients IP is your public ip address
you can find it by visiting: [url]http://www.whatsmyip.org[/url]

that should be it
i dont see why anyone would go through drastic measures to make this work
if not i can teach you how to get a VPS for 2 months (free) _ Its linux (centos)
but its not hard to use and is way cheaper
I can host your server lol
My upload is a basic vpss upload. cpu is pretty recent and 4GB of ram

or i can idk tell me what you want to do because this wont be free and the last option i just pulled out my ass

Very bad idea. Portforward from your internet manager, or add a firewall rule. Don't disable the whole thing..
