Do you have java or jdk installed?
Either that or you need to use the correct path to your installed folder.

you're just missing jvm.dll,

Just download it and place it in that directory C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\server. That should fix the issue.

If that doesn't fix it make sure your java path for your server is set correctly.
