Title above^^^ that's my problem , i wanna play a server and everyone is saying to me the server works and is online but not for me ,
i try'd to re install java and such ( java 7 55 ) , also deleted the cache more than 7 times .

Are you completely sure the code in your compiler is doing it's job right? Plus if someone like that guy above is trying to help you don't tell them "I don't THINK this is the problem." yet you're having a problem connecting are you not?

that's true sorry for that , i asked someone from the staff if i was ip banned and he didn't know anything about it so that's why i thought it , i'm not the owner of the server and i don't know anything about compilers :P , could you say what i have to do?

Oh you're talking completely about an actual server, I thought you were running your own server and couldn't connect.

1 - Re-install Java
2 - Check your internet speed
3 - Check firewall in-case of blocking.
4 - Update to a newer windows, haven't had connection problems like that, since 2009 on windows xp.
~ Nothing else that I can think of that would be worth trying.

No Windows wont be the problem. I own a windows 7 Ultimate PC.
If you can't connect to a certain server, it could a a few reasons.

1. You are banned or IP banned
2. Your Security is not allowing you to connect
3. Your internet is blocking the server that you are trying to connect to.
Even if this server may mean a lot to you. I'd just try to get another server if you cant conenct to this one.

Do you have a connection error when loading it? If so that is a cache problem.
