Okay so I'm having a few problems with the completionist cape.
1. When I go to spawn it via ;;item it says:
[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/oYmBBbQ.png[/IMG]
2. The mysterious cape rack says I've not got the reqs done but I have:
[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/LXtXPqf.png[/IMG]
[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/EzoV9rK.png[/IMG]
and 3. When I examine the cape rack it says "It's a null."

But if I put the cape into a shop I can buy it and wear it:/ Need help fixing the cape rack mainly! Ive anyone can help? Thanks
