Yes cuz my coding knowledge is pretty bad.

Pretty simple server i want for a good expierenced coder it would be not more than 4 hours work if not less.

Entire server? I dont think so. Just pick any server as base remove few things add spawn lock some items to spawn add few NPC 1-2 shops thats it.

what about learning? Hmm... First reason: i work 10-12 hours day sometimes happens to do 24hours so im to tired or have no time for it.
Second reason: None lol.
