Classic 317 PK server Varrock.?????

Hi, well im not sure if this post is in the right place, please correct me if i am wrong. I wanted to make a post because i recently remembered a server i used to play which was 'somescape'. it was the best server i have ever played in my opinion because it was so unique and i have never seen a server similar, i was hoping someone could lead me in a direction of this type of style server or a server which is a 317 pk server based in varrock for example the bank and the dummy's opposite be the main home, e.g like pimpscape for example. I would really appreciate any help given. Most of you will most probably say make your own! yes i know i have done this before but i am a bit rusty and im not up for the hassle again :).
