No response from loginserver

Can anybody help me I'm getting an error "No response from loginserver, Please try again in a minute" When I try to login, I changed all the ips to connect to mine.. and it won't let me login on local host.. Please help? BTW its a PI

First, change all ports to 43594 (OR YOUR BASIC PORT YOU WANT)
Then on client, change IP to "127.0.0.1"

Then try it. It should work.
Then try using your NO-IP link as the IP on client with the same port used on source.
If it doesnt work then, you portforwarded wrong.
