Question

`~(I AM USING THE NAUGHTY-SCAPE 317 CLIENT AND SOURCE)~`

Hello, I am fairly new to making private servers, I've always tried but could never get it down
Now My router requires me to use a static ip address to portforward.
I have gone through all of the steps but am stumped getting people to connect to my client.
I am hosting through no-ip. So my question is, what Ip do i need to use to allow people to connect to my server
My no-ip, My Static ip or...?
If you could help, I will reward you on my server please and thank you!
On canyouseeme.org It says it can see my port
but when my friend tries to connect it says error connecting to server,
I believe i have the ips all mixed up
on my No-ip Duc, It has my 'blahblahblah.no-ip.biz' it also detect my static ip address.
Please help, I have been trying to get help for days and no luck. Please and thank you

Type "cmd" bottom left of computer after clicking start button. A program called "run" will appear, click it and type ipconfig. Use your default gateway IP (local ip) type it into a Internet browser, it might ask for password (find that yourself) might be user- admin and password- password or a 1 after it. When you get on the site see if you Internet provider allows port forwarding, if they do please update your thread.
