Any way to make a server offline?

Hi,

I'm currently making an RSPS, and I was wondering if there was a way to make a download available to where it would be an offline server?

Let me explain further.
So, I want to have a thing to where people can play my server offline. I want people to be able to test the server before I actually put it up online. Is there any way to do this? If so, please leave a comment :S

You can run it through your localhost, so that you can play it and nobody else can? Is that what you mean?

You have to send them the cache manually I believe if you want them to "test" the server.

If you want some people to test the server with out it being "live", you will either need to host it and only send the client to the set number of people, or leave it offline and send them the entire client and source so they can run it locally, those are your only 2 options.
