Need help on deciding.

I've got a budget of exactly 1,500$ (including shipping charges).

I need the following, as I'm building an entire computer.

1. System case + Power Supply.
2. System board (motherboard), MUST BE ATX compatible.

3. CPU-must match socket type on motherboard and must match processor (AMD or Intel)

4. RAM-must match specifications of motherboard.
5. HDD-internal only.
6. Operating system (64 bit)-must be compatible with the hardware.
7. Video Card
8. Monitor
9. Keyboard & Mouse
10. CD-DVD (optical drive)

I want to get as close to 1,500$ as I can. I'll post pictures of the completed product if someone decides to post the specifications and I build it.
