Items Wont Equip

Alright, hello.

Me and my buddy Pav have made our own 659 server.
We have the server running and everything, no problem with that.

But there are tons of certain items that you can spawn, and the item will show up in your inventory. But you can't equip the item!
You just click it and it wont do anything.

How do I fix this problem?! Please we need help very badly.

spawn the same item but with other id, caue it isn't in itemdefinitions.xml
