Running source error

Ok so I just fixed my compiler by changing the "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_23\bin\javac.exe" to "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_04\bin\javac.exe". After that I ran the compiler and I was happy that it worked. Then I tried running my server and when I ran my source I get this error

"Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Press any key to continue . . ."

Can someone help me on how to fix this error? Thanks.

on ur run it should have a number like something m, like 1500m, change it to 800 and itkk work
