My server is offline when it was online, I havnt changed anything

My private server was online for a long time and then I stopped putting it online, I tried putting it online today but my friend could not connect to the server. I haven't changed any of the settings or anything like that, well 1 thing, I re-downloaded utorrent and thats it. Plz help!!! Thx

This is usually caused when you restart your router. Try going to run -> cmd -> ipconfig, check your IPv4 Address, then go to your router settings and change it from there. Ive had this problem in the past and it's an easy fix.

i type in my IPv4 address in my url but nothing comes up??? Im with telus and so I dont know what to do?
