Don't really know

I got it rated and got a 4.1 based on the lowest submission.

My graphics card is: ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series.

No clue if i need a new 1

Yeah, that's really outdated.

But you can't just go out and buy a new Graphics Card. You need to make sure your Computer can support it. Also try and go for the 5-6k series.
