The Speedtest is your internet speeds of Download and Uploading, not how fast your computer operates.
Laptop?
Get your system rated, and your RAM is fine.
What exactly is the problem on your computer?
Desktop.
How do I get it rated?
I just crave power. I use a lot of 3D programming tools and my computer lags like hell when 2 or 3 are open along with a web browser

To get your computer rated, click the Windows Experience Rating and let it run.

And you need a better graphics card if you are lagging badly, your RAM should be fine for most programs.

Your post was pointless, don't talk to me.

If you bought your computer stock, it should say it on the side. If not, just look your PC up on the company's website.

Go on DxDiag and go to the 'Display' tab.

You obviously don't know anything about the word pointless. Just think of yourself and there is the true meaning.
