Is this good computer speed? I was thinking about buying some more stuff to jack my computer better. I don't really know this is a noob question :P

Yea, this has nothing to do with the speed of your computer.
As for as i am aware your computers speed is measured in GHz (Proccessor) and your RAM and shit?

It depends on the RAM, RAM is used to control processes, more RAM = more processes can be open at once. DDR3 is faster than DDR2, but I believe you need a DDR3 Motherboard as well.
Computer speed depends on the specs of the pieces.
