eMachines are shit, not worth being cheap. Get something that will last you 4+ years because I have a feeling computers are going to get more and more expensive as time goes on.
I could find you a decent tower, but with a monitor? The lowest a flat screen is, is like 99.00$ so that means you have like 350$ for a computer? You should keep saving. Or use the current monitor and buy a sweet tower and save up for a new monitor in the mean time.
I found a monitor for $69.00.

Personal experience, indeed.
My Acer CPU is not "cheaply made" mine feels great, a bit plasticy on the back, but on the front a good silver matte feels great.
"not-so cheaply sold" I have a 1TB 4Gig RAM and idk what else info i need to give you, but this CPU was cheappppp
and if I bought the same thing from HP, it'd be 100-200$ more.

Perfectly stated. I owned a Acer for two days, and then sold it for a HP. I wanted the HP originally but didn't have enough to purchase it.

I loved Dell when I was younger, I think it was because they were more popular and like everyone had one. Seeing how they are today, and the prices of them today is sad.

My mom had an eMachine, it locked up on her and fried itself.

Chad doesn't like Acer because they make "low-quality" products.
I've bought a 1TB Acer CPU for like what? 150 bucks around that range, and its faster than most of the HP products i've owned before, the body itself does feel a bit cheap, but so did the HP ones.
Chad's a ginger.
Ginger's hate Acer. Known fact.
1TB Acer CPU?

What did I just read?

Acer are shitty quality.
HP aren't great - full of bloatware.

I can only really recommend ASUS, Samsung or Lenovo for laptops.
Custom builds for desktops.
