Can someone decrypt this?

Most cases. But just had a break through. Try everything backwards ;)

What do you mean? If you mean use Atom-128 first, that is the encryption way. It was already planned backwards so it would make life easier. You start with Hex or ASCII for the decryption process.

PROTIPS:
*Decode them in the opposite order languages they are claimed to be in.

*Delete ALL of the spaces.

My dad taught me never trust the decryption method if it doesn't work the first time.

If it was in ASCII there would be different characters than the ones listed,

letters range b/t A - F, and numbers 1 - 9. I think its a hex string atm.
