You can do clean up yourselves if you dont trust programs to do it, once a month go through your documents and delete old files/pictures and clients you dont use anymore saves alot of memory and it also speeds up your computer. What I do every maybe 3-6 months is a full backup on the files I need then restore my computer to factory date meaning, making it brand new again then I just put my backup back on! this way I know im 100% Safe

Those are okay, they just save passwords for next time you visit lets same for an example Facebook.
