[562] Project Edu

[center]Hello everyone,
As I have posted in the project section, I was planning on making a RuneScape like server, and I would start with making a perfect clean base that I would release. Today I finaly finished it, so here it is!

Features:
-Clean
-Stable
-Only one command added (tele)
-Perfect base to start on a project
-Easy to use

He used rs2hd, so yeah. Anyways, what did you do to make it cleaner, like did you remove all the try catches on every method in the ActionSender class, because they are really unneeded.

I did, and multiple files are unneeded. And in pretty much every file there are things that aren't necessary. And ofcourse, I deleted all objects and all that stuff.

Not just blank, blank is only delete npc's and stuff.
