(Req/Pay)(Map/Objsdect Loader Issue)(Unwalkable Tiles)

Hello everyone, i'm using a vencillo source that I've downloaded. It looks like someone was dumping all the osrs map regions which is awesome but, I am now getting onto the server side portion of things to see that I can't click in certain regions/area which I know is a player clipping issue.

I'm trying to just fix the map/object issue that's stopping me from progressing with coding my base source.
