If you have any experience creating sports/team logos that would be great. We have a budget of around £100 which I know isn't much but it's just what we have to work with currently. That's quite a low payment. I think you'll be able to find people on www.upwork.com or www.freelancer.com - you'll get what you want for a cheap price.
