A setting change due to 4.2.0 update has been changed, Guests should no longer be able to post. Added a new infraction reason: Spreading Malware. Lowered post count requirement rankings for Barrows, Bandos, Virtus, Pernix and Torva member requiring 4300, 5300, 6300, 7300, 8300 respectively.
