The project i'm currently working on. Nothing is sadly done to permament stay yet. I will stack here some biggest stuff I've done so far This game is built from scratch besides the first map (the woody forest)

Updates

 

New map created, still unfinished but the layout is done. Will probly add some medium level monsters here since there will be also a volcanic map with loads of magma and lava flowing.

Action bar

*Responds from keyboard now.

 

 

Player

Run speed increased.

Added collision detection

Raycast combat added, deals damage to a attacked mob. (hit icons etc not done yet.) However the game detects now

whenever player is attacking a mob.

 

 

No much progress on UI yet since im waiting 1st to buy some graphic arts regarding UI (user interface).

Updates

 

 

Player

Collisions added, no walking through objects & npcs.

Updated third person walking.

Updated Combat system a bit added more adjustments and little fine tuning for the combo system.

Added 2 Item action bars next to the skill action bar. These bars are used for items such as hp, stamina potions and so on; other items that has actions e.g teleports.

 

NPC

 

Collisions added, no walking through objects & players.

Started writing advanced NPC Behaviour script for agressive mobs. 

Added basic pet following

Global particles added. Needs more tuning though so it won't eat performance, since it's quite a performance eater at the moment.

Snowy map, this map also includes the start of the very first city of Asteral.

Some, not everything using some free assets from Unity's assets store.

Been messing with shaders and all sort of graphics stuff recently. No much actual progress is done except little fixes and addons not wroth mentioning. I'll be updating collision stuff later on and the walking needs to be rewritten. On the next post you can expect some stuff done on the combat should also give some sparkle of how it's going to be.
