  1. So as do all coders and those who have been around as long as I have are always looking for the next big thing to add to their server... I have seen so much of the same content everywhere it makes me sick and now I am bored to death because I do not want to add anything that everyone has already a million times over. I want that next big thing that will set me apart from the rest or at least let my players have some more fun... If anyone has a suggestion what I can do to make this happen let me know lol.... Again I have gotten quite bored with just adding bosses since a good 90% at least of content is done... Help a noob out lol.

  4. YES! I know there are tutorials, I know that is fixable. I've just run into a couple issues involving the fix.   8. It's telling me the 'javac' error is that the file src/server/GUI.java isn't found, but it is right there in the server files. How can I make it find the file?

  11. Hi, I'd like to introduce you to VeloxBot. VeloxBot is an automation(bot) program for RuneScape, it is created in Java and recognizes colors to function. Viper is creating our script repository which should go live soon. [B]Q :[/B] How does it work? [B]A :[/B] You use scripts which use points and colors to interact ingame and perform tasks.   14. Okay so i have created all the correct files, and a controller for it. But i cant get it to initialize or startup. No matter what way i go at it, adding a class constructor and having it get initialized in the player file dont work, just gives me a error during initialization. And then just trying a seperate thing where it creates the map and puts you in gives me the same error. Any ideas???   16. [B]Hello people of RuneLocus, I'm fairly new to these forums but I've already got it down how to use a client and a source for private servers. However, none of the client/sources seem to fit what I want. I used to play RS and then quit because I no longer wanted to pay for membership and I had little friends that played because they also did not have membership. So I decided I want to make a private server for us to play on. The 317/474 graphics have to be my favorite although the lack of quests and new updates added since those versions. I am no where near smart enough to make my own client and source and I have been looking for quite some time for a client/source (nothing higher than 474) that is more or less just like the Runescape from that time. Meaning all items, quests, npcs, monsters, etc. are all available. Most client/sources seem to lack the entire runescape world and seem to all be designed for PVP. My friends and I just want to play the game legit again by ourselves except with leveling being a bit quicker and an item command so we can get the unobtainable items. Is there such a client/source?[/B]

  19. Ok So, Im trying to run my server on a 4gb Dedi server.. You may think like " I Have a dedi but dont know how to use it" Well yes,this is my first time ever hosting a server since im usually the coder,but i got offered a dedi pretty much for free,so like anybody else i wouldnt say no. basically what i did is download my source,java,and jdk on the dedi server for me to run the server.. when i run the server .. it says its listening on port 0.0.0.0:43594.. But the server is offline, Status checker says its offline , and also wheni try to login it says error connecting to server.. Ive set up the ip in my client.Java (in every place it said server =) and in gui.java ( in every place it said 127.0.0.1) .. I reallly need someone to help me with this,Ive been trying to figure it out for a whole day it just wont work, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help..
