[B][U][CENTER][SIZE=3]Raw Envy/Tom's Muscle Progression Thread[/SIZE][/CENTER][/U][/B] This thread is going to be updated on a regular basis and I will keep it as active as possible, the contents of it is going to contain mainly pictures of my progression as I go. The reason for me posting this is because I want to be able to track my progression on a community that I actively use which will motivate me to keep up working out plus updating the thread and at best hopefully motivate others! Currently I have only really done a bit of toning when working out and such but from tomorrow I will be starting to try and build muscle, my current equipment is a pair of 20-30 kg dumb bells and an exercise mat but in the next few weeks I will be purchasing a bench press also. I will be focusing mainly on abs, triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest and of course will be doing a number of different exercises for each. Currently I am using whey protein shakes from myprotein.co.uk and I have increased my daily protein intake in my diet by a lot.
