1. This is 667 Project Poanizer and when I jar'ed it, when I try to run it, it says me this. I've searched everywhere and nothing that can fix it. I changed everything from to my no-ip address, I portforwarded, my source is running and canyouseeme.org says my port is open. You'd be a life saver if you can help me fix it. In the comments, tell me what .java file you want to see and I'll show it or add me on skype and we could teamviewer. I'm kind of tired of errors on this source; it's the 8th I fixed and I had to figure them out myself. I don't know what NullPointerException is or what the error means. So contact me on skype at sakoofortin and I'll give you my teamviewer info from there or just tell me in the comments what file you want to see Thanks! Error:

  11. Want a tutorial on how to add & open up your client on eclipse? http://www.runelocus.com/forums/showthread.php?99807-How-to-add-your-server-client-in-Eclipse!&p=779199 Hello this is a tutorial on how to .JAR a RuneScape Client (Using Eclipse). 1. Open Eclipse 2. Click on the client folder 3. File > Export 4. Click onto Java > Jar File 5. Click onto Next, Fill in EVERYTHING I have put on the screenshot. For Jar File: Export it into desktop, than create the name for your .JAR! 6. Click Next not FINISH! Select both of those options. 7. Put your main class, client or loader. Do not capitalize the letter's. After that your done, click onto your .JAR and it should be working fine! If you have a loading problem that is something wrong with your cache, if it does not open try updating your JDK/JAVA, if that doesn't work I'll try and come up with a solution. Confused? Want a video? Request it & I'll make one.

    So i recently Jarred a Client and i tried to open it via the .jar file but it didn't open, Later i tried putting the batch file and this is what i got... (Client Version 718) It could be the Main Class but i don't know this is what i've put on it.

  16. This works for some people and doesn't work for the other people, I don't know the cause because I just want a jar client that works with everyone! Whenever I jar my client, it works for me and my friend also some other people that try it. Theres also another handful of people where when they try to open the jar file they get an error like this: I HAVE ALREADY TRIED JARING IT WITH ECLIPSE. So please don't give me the option to jar with eclipse since the client works for some and doesn't for others..does anyone know how to fix this. I really need testers for my server and only got 50% players out of 100%....

  18. Hello there, after following many jarring process I've ran into the solution that I'm jarring/signing correctly. However each time I start my client.jar i get this 1) I know that it can't find the file "main_file_cache.dat" However, I do know that the Main_file_cache.dat is located in my "CACHE" folder within the client. I've zipped the FILE in the CACHE folder not the CACHE FOLDER itself the "files in the cache folder" .zip... Upload it to dropbox, added [dl.] infront of my url. but still it doesnt work.... Here is my signlink.java http://pastebin.com/JKEbRJKP Here is my CacheDownloader.java http://pastebin.com/fwPiKVgt Here is my client.java http://pastebin.com/eGrjZJnc Question is what do i do? Is there an antileech somewhere that I do not know? add me on skype: ayye.geo I also have teamviewer: 521 849 540 add and pm ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Edit#1 Before all of this, when I jar it would say "Could not find or load main class client" So i put SIGNLINK.java/Class into folder SIGN, then I took out all of my .class and .java into the open folder like this and it finally open but led to not being able to connect.

    JAR Problems
So I'm not new at all to JAR'ing a client. But for some reason, whenever I try to JAR my client (Project Exile Client), when I click on the batch file that is created with the JAR file for debugging purposes, it tells me the the main class Client cannot be loaded or found. I have never came across this problem before, and I assure you the Client.class is in there and the directory for the classes is correct also. (Note: the run.batch file that directly runs the class files works fine) This is what my Run.batch looks like
@echo off title Project PK Client "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_05\bin\java.exe" -cp . -Xmx750m src.Client 30 0 lowmem members 32 pause
A reply would be appreciated, thanks! You can also add me on Skype: whiteboy.kobe
Fixed this! If this happens to you, you can JAR your client using Eclipse Tutorial: http://www.runelocus.com/forums/showthread.php?99805-How-to-JAR-a-RuneScape-Client-(Using-ECLIPSE)&highlight=maker

  22. need help making a .jar client
  23. In this beginner tutorial I will be showing you how to JAR your Runescape private server client. If you don't know already what jaring your client does, then you will do after reading this tutorial, plus you will also know how to do so yourself! So are you wondering how when you download a server client to play that you are given simple one file which you open and it runs the client? Well basically this is what we are doing now, we are going to take all the Java class files from your clients folder and pack them into one executable JAR file. You will then be able to open the file and it will automatically run the client, instead of people having to download all the client files and running it from a batch file. To JAR your client, simple do the following steps: 1. Firstly we need to download the tool to be able to do this, which is a little program called JARMaker. Click here to download it: JARMaker Download 2. Open up the folder called "JARMaker", inside this folder there will be a .JAR file called "JARMaker", open it up. 3. Now that we have JAR Maker opened we want to fill in the correct information into the required fields. So firstly we want to change the output file name and destination. So go ahead and re-name application.jar to whatever you want it to be named, I am simple going to name mine Client.jar. And for the output file this is where the jar file will be created, so for this I will just put it in a folder in my documents. After the above you should have these two fields complete. 4. After filling out the output information, we want to load the client folder. So find it in the directory viewer and click ok. 5. Now the last part that we need to fill in is the Manifest Template, the only part which needs to be filled in within this section is the Main-Class however. So go ahead and put in your main class of the client, which is normally just 'Client' and then hit set manifest. 6. That is everything! We now just click Create JAR and there you have your Jarred client! This should be your finished product :) Thanks for reading this beginners tutorial and I hope it helped you out! If you would like to know how to sign your client Jar then please check it out in the tutorial section.
