    718 RSPS Vps Issue

    So, when we type a command for an npc, ex: ;;npc 2453243243 It will appear in-game and be attackable and will attack you back. When you enter the boss command into the vps it will show up but isn't attackable. This is a 718 RSPS. Help Please.
  2. Hey guys, i'm fairly new to coding and have been lurking for a while.. I guess this is gonna be my first post. I've been trying for a while now to get the ::getid and ::item commands in my game, and working, with much resistance. I finally got the ::getid working, and my compiler is finally accepting my code for ::item, but in-game ::item still refuses to work. I tried a few different id's as well as multiples, but nothing seems to be working. Being as novice as i am i think it's time i asked the experts for some help.   3. I need help with an issue I got when trying to start an RSPS and have a friend test join the server, I was able to log on while he got an error connecting to server message. I've port forwarded check like 5 times that the Server = is my address and I still cannot figure out what the heck is wrong with the server I am using eclipse and there are no errors only like minor warnings and like I stated I am able to connect others most likely cannot.
  4. Hey guys , I followed the steps of How to make a server , the problem is that the port 43594 is still closed. This is what I've done already : Did portforward Allowed the port on the (Advanced settings on firewall) but still the server and the port is not responing . Help please

    custom bow issue 718

    I have gone through the work of making a bow and getting it into my 718. It is nearly ready to use but the bow pulls back instead of the string. Is there a way to make a custom bow pull back as a normal one? It would suck to have to be limited by something so petty. Thanks in advance.

  9. So this player wants to get on my server really bad and we spent a good hour trying to fix this issue and still nothing happened. Below I will list the steps we took if I missed something let me know! 1) Turned Firewall Off 2) Reinstalled Java (both j7 and j8) 3) Tried an archived client still nothing connecting but it loads up 4) Tried a j7 and j8 jarred client for regular Program Files and Program Files x86
  10. I am trying to mess around learn customizing and such. I have done phats and a few other things. I tried making a custom Santa but every time I create it then test i can wear it but the hat is still red, and is not black or lime green, (the colors i made the custom hats). I will post an SS below and see if anyone can help assisting me and give suggestions? I tried putting the color IDs in model color only, texture only, and as seen in the pic in BOTH. Nothing! :(.   11. So I .JAR my client with jar maker and do everything correctly but when I click jar it takes a while and when it does load I open the Jar file and the frame of the Jar says "Jagex" and it says it cant connect. Please help anyone :( BTW revision is 317
  12. hey, so every server client that I download doesn't download as a jar , but instead downloads as a .zip file with all of the .CLASS files inside. EXAMPLE : [IMG]http://i60.tinypic.com/nccut.jpg[/IMG] I have jre and jdk installed ( latest versions) No clue wtf is going on ... anyone know ?

    Cache Issue

    I am having difficulties with an issue that i know is dealing with the cache, but i am not sure how to fix it. I changed the background to my rsps on the vps in the cache files, compiled, did everything you are supposed to, then jarred it. The background change shows up on the vps, but not on other computers. This is why I know that the issue is cache-sided, because for some reason, the updated cache is not downloading to the other computers. I have even tried putting the updated cache on dropbox and putting the link to that in cachedownloader.java, but that didnt work either. At this point, idk what to do. Little help?
  14. Hey Runelocus Community. I Am currently working on summoning and I was able to make the summoned npc hit. But once it hits it only hits once then stops. I have been looking at tutorials and google but seem to not be able to find a fix to make the npc help attack until the targeted npc is dead. Any help would be great. Thanks!
  15. i downloaded a 317 server and when i attack players in the wild it shows that i have like say i hit a 10 but then it takes 20 hp from the other player? any ideas on how to make it normal hits please thanks.

    Item spawn issue

    Hey, Well I just discovered a fucked up bug, I have never seen before on my server lol Any way, I was wondering if any of you have ran into this bug before; When spawning items more than 1 of the item it doesn't show in your inventory unless you open bank, when you close bank again they disappear again, this can be repeated and still opens (though cannot dupe it) any idea in what could be causing it?   20. Hello, I have an issue whilst creating an account on my rage-scape client, it seems to be working perfectly fine. I can login, play etc. But after I've signed off, and try to login again it says; Invalid LoginServer Requested. Please try using a different world. Not sure what to do, I've deleted the character files in the data, and remade the account, but it keeps happening. Is there a possible fix to this?

    Command Issue

    I'm currently facing issues with some commands not working. The first one I'm facing issues with is ::getinfo. This command was working, now it isn't I'm not quite sure why. If someone could help this would be great!   24. When I go to godwars, it's just a black screen with all the NPC's that are always there! Is it a problem with the cache? Or the client/Source?
