  1. I know you can put more exp to skilling / combat But i was wondering if i could add extra xp rates to a certain skill thanks if you could help!
  2. I'm using Tylerr's 718 Serenity server and client. When I change the exp rates and compile, the combat skills are stuck at 1x rates. Any help is appreciated. I don't know if it's server limitation or something but I've changed the rates on Chronicscape with no problems, so I'm at a loss. And also, I have googled tireless and tried to find it myself in vain, to learn how to add game objects (such as ore mines, trees, banks, etc) so if someone could inform me of the file that stuff is in, I'd appreciate that as well. Resolved compile problem. Still could use help on adding game objects though.
  3. Hi guys, I know how to change the Exp rates & all that, but The lowest number I can get is Exp=1. Which is..okay.. But if I wanted to slow down the Exp rate even further, how would I do this? I tried Negative numbers, like -1 and I wasn't gaining any experience. Any ideas? Things tried: -1, didn't let you level, just current xp was negative.. 0.5 - didn't work 0.1 - didn't work 0.01 - didn't work. I'm lost now..

There are no "skill experience multiplier = ##" I am just confused what to edit so I can choose how many exp per skill... I've dealed with firemaking but other skills are really complicated althought I searched in their classes but I couldn't find something about changing xp... Can you help me? if you want me to post more classes, I am ready.

  11. Hey guys, I need some help with changing the exp rate while doing skills and fighing.. I got my woodcutting up to 26 in five minutes, thats quite a problem due to everyone will be max in a day or two of working. I run the Davidscape client if it helps any, and my banner in my signature will direct you to my site for download if your wanting to try it, but anyone wanting to stay will get wiped due to that exp rate once its fixed.   12. Hi, I have been coding for 6 years and started RSPS about a year ago and I can do many things in the actual game. With any of the actual interfaces that your source can include, i currently only work on any 718+ servers. I can setup a starter pack from my current 718 base or a matrix base, both pretty much the same. Here is a list of Services I offer followed by some short explanations. 718 Servers ONLY [B]CODING[/B] I can write basic and advanced codes for any 718+ server. It varies from changing home areas, custom teleports, npc editing(not any graphical editing), to adding minigames, custom minigames, Combat xp fixed, drop rates, client background change, adding grand exchange, fixing dupes, fixing bugs, adding commands, and even add miscellaneous stuff such like random events or log in messages, ect.... [B]TEACHING[/B] I am also having a class in java programming, I currently do not have any students or subscribers but I will start having private lessons on java programming and rsps programming for people that are interested. [B]STARTER PACKS[/B] I am also selling 718 Basic starter packs, included with most skills working, and custom server name, Client with custom background, most bugs fixed ect... Currently working on a project will all skills working but until then i will sell the source i am working on, most is done just minor bugs and some dupes in the GE system, only 2 skills that are still working on is construction and dung, Farming has a custom system and only works on 90% of the seeds, only works on certain patches until further notice. Constuction is working but not at 100%, i would say 2%, the construction base is done just that currently you can only make beds, and nothing else. He gives the 10m, but not the xp.     Basically I have in the character files.     How can I make it so that no one follows the same exp rate?   21. I know how to make max level 50, but how would I make the exp required 50 something different. Say I wanted to make the exp required for 50, 10Mil. How would I do it? And how would i change the scaling of the levels. Like how the exp required progresses to become greater and greater.
  22. So I added a lamp that has an interface and when they click on a certain icon it adds exp to that skill. Simple. But the problem I have is that I can spam that certain skill that I want the exp in and it will give me x2 or x3 the exp because I click the icon faster than the window can close. Any tips or help?   23. Does anyone know how to add it so spells like wind strike, water strike, etc gives EXP when you do damage to a NPC? Right now the only thing that gives mage exp is teleport spells. I wouldn't know where to start to add these and just searching around isn't helping.
