1. This will show you a basic way of creating a 5-way teleporting tab. It will teleport you to one of these 5 spots at random. Pretty basic. PLEASE DON'T FLAME, I'M ONLY TRYING TO HELP! Step one: Click HERE and find an item to use. I choose "Rellekka tablet" itemid: 18812. So, if its not already coded to do something, when you click 'Break' it shouldn't do anything. Open up ClickItem.java. (src\server\model\players\packets) Now before you do anything look at the top of the script and find:
package server.model.players.packets; import server.model.players.Client; import server.model.players.PacketType;
ADD "import server.util.Misc;" underneath that to make it look like this:
package server.model.players.packets; import server.model.players.Client; import server.model.players.PacketType; import server.util.Misc;
Then find:
if (itemId
Once you find a match, see if it has the LAYOUT like this:
if (itemId == 2528) { c.getPA().showInterface(2808); }
Underneath that (or something similar) we're going to start our code; I'll show you the full code, then I'll go through and explain it. So here is the full code for the Relleka Tablet:
if (itemId == 18812) { //Relleka Tablet ID if (Misc.random(5) == 1) { c.getPA().startTeleport(3093, 3493, 0, "modern"); //edgeville c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Edgeville."); } else if (Misc.random(5) == 2) { c.getPA().startTeleport(3210, 3424, 1, "modern"); //varrock c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Varrock."); } else if (Misc.random(5) == 3) { c.getPA().startTeleport(2757, 3477, 0, "modern"); //camelot c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Camelot.); } else if (Misc.random(5) == 4) { c.getPA().startTeleport(2964, 3378, 1, "modern"); //falador c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Falador."); } else if (Misc.random(5) == 5) { c.getPA().startTeleport(3222, 3218, 1, "modern"); //lumbridge c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Lumbridge."); } c.getItems().deleteItem(18812, 1); }
Ok if you added this it would give you a 1:5 chance of teleporting to Falador, Lumbridge, Camelot, Varrock, or Edgeville. I don't know if I said that right but, yes. So lets explain the code. [EXPLANATION IN ORANGE.]

if (itemId == 18812) {//If the itemId is equal to 18812 (Relleka Tablet) then

if (Misc.random(5) == 1) { //if a random number out of 5 is equal to 1 then

c.getPA().startTeleport(3093, 3493, 0, "modern"); //start teleport on modern magic-book to Edgeville

c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Edgeville."); //Send Message to Player "The random city teleport, teleported you to Edgeville."

} else if (Misc.random(5) == 2) { // ELSE If the random number out of 5 is equal to 2 then

c.getPA().startTeleport(3210, 3424, 1, "modern"); //start teleport on modern magic-book to Varrock

c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Varrock."); //Send Message to Player "The random city teleport, teleported you to Varrock."

} else if (Misc.random(5) == 3) { //ELSE if the random number out of 5 is equal to 3 then

c.getPA().startTeleport(2757, 3477, 0, "modern"); // start teleport on modern magic-book to Camelot

c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Camelot.); //Send Message to Player "The random city teleport, teleported you to Camelot."

} else if (Misc.random(5) == 4) { // if a random number out of 5 is equal to 4 then

c.getPA().startTeleport(2964, 3378, 1, "modern"); // start teleport on modern magic-book to Falador

c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Falador."); //Send Message to Player "The random city teleport, teleported you to Falador."

} else if (Misc.random(5) == 5) { //if the random nuber out of 5 is 5 then

c.getPA().startTeleport(3222, 3218, 1, "modern"); //start teleport on modern magic-book to Lumbridge

c.sendMessage("The random city teleport, teleported you to Lumbridge."); //Send Message to Player "The random city teleport, teleported you to Lumbridge."

} c.getItems().deleteItem(18812, 1); //This deletes item after clicked! }

2. Hi, I have been having trouble lately. I made a new home on my server and added the Quest Guide NPC there. I want it so instead of making it have to click on the altar to update your tutorial when you click on a certain NPC. E.X I talk to the quest guide and then he tells me to talk to MrEx. So I click on MrEx and it updates my stage in the tutorial then the quest guide will tell me to talk to a different NPC and once I do that, the tutorial is over and I get the starter items. Please help me out. PM me if you can.... Thanks

 7. Hey, I am currently trying to find a tut on how to get a webclient and how to put it on your website. I am using a 000webhost free website and was just wondering if someone could just post all the stuff I need to make the webclient and on how to add it to the website. I would also like to know how to make it so the client is downloading the cache from my website and not from the person who had the source before mine. If you could post all the steps in order and a material list below, ill give u my old lvl102 rs account that I don't really play on.
 8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_profilepage&v=3GTaTiTmsZw I know it isn't the best but its good enough so people can understand the mini-game. I made this guide because when i was playing stealing creation, some people told me, "How do i play this" and i said look up a tutorial. So i went on youtube and searched up some guides for stealing creation but most'em are outdated and kinda sucked so i decided to make a guide. Here's the link-> http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_profilepage&v=3GTaTiTmsZw So if you like it, please click the thumbs up. I also have quests guides. Thanks, tom.. ~aka morphine ltd.
 9. Okay guys, I've played lots of new servers and I know my stuff. If you want to make your server successful, you'll have to have: -At least $150 to spend for your first month and $40+ every other month. -Lots of dedication and time to develop it. -A team of very good staff who play at least 2-3 hours a day and who help out players at all times. -A decent forum which is made with either v-bulliten or SMF. A few guidelines to follow: -Make sure your staff are from different timezones so that there are staff online most of the time. -Don't pick too many staff. Usually 3-4 moderators and 2 administrators is good on a server with 30+ online at a time. -Good graphic designers always help. -Never give away more than 10m to any one player, and if you've just started out don't give away anything unless it's from voting. If you give away items for voting I'd suggest no more than 5m cash. -For theiving make the highest stall maximum 20k a click, and put a form of anti auto clicking like a random question or make it so that sometimes they lose a bit of health. -Make drop rates very low. -Try to keep your forum active; this makes it more popular. Starting out: To start out, make a forum, a server, and add your site to a few toplists. Then buy a domain name for your site (usually costs $5-$10) and buy a VPS that can hold around 30 players (usually costs around $40/month). Make a webclient for your server, but make sure you have a download for your server too. With the other $100 you should buy advertisement on smaller toplists and maybe google (costs $5 for 14 days then $59 a month). If you have in the region of $500 you could buy advertisements on Runelocus or other big toplists. :D Anyway, I guarentee that you'll be getting lots of players coming in. The next step you need to do is to get your players to vote. An easy way to do this is to a make a voting system that can give you money or maybe points. On a vote4points you can make it like 5 points a vote and items cost a various amount of points, but anyway, find a way to get players to vote. If you get to around 30-40th place on the bigger toplists you can get around 500 redirects to your site a month. Advertisement: Don't forget, you will still get players donating money to you. I'd recommend that 90% of donations should be invested back into the server on things like VPS and advertisement. This way you'll get more players coming into the server, donating more to you. A few good things to advertise on: Runelocus: I don't know the exact price but I expect it to be $600+ for a banner advertisement. Other Big Toplists: Around $500+ for a banner advertisement I think. Google: $59/month. Voting: Free. Spam other servers which aren't on the Runelocus toplist (risk of you orthe server being DDoSed) with a VPN so you can get back onto them and keep spamming them: $40 for a decent VPN but free to spam. If you spam servers which are on the toplist there is a risk of being banned from the Runelocus toplist. Big Gaming Sites: Not sure on the price but it'd be a lot. Conclusion: You'll need a lot of money, but makin a server can be prophitable. Even if you want to make one for fun it still can cost but you could get your money from donations. You need to be dedicated to it and find a good set of staff, fix bugs and spend a lot of time on helping players. Hope your servers become successful, but still I'm sure many people won't have the money to start off. Hopefully this guide will help some people though. No more tiny empty servers? :p

When you have done that, click on Select Hosts and you should see the host that you registered on there. Check it and it should be online. III. Port Forwarding This is the part most people get confused on. I will be using a NETGEAR router for this. If you are having problems because you have a different router, I suggest you post a thread in the Help Section. First of all, you are going to have to open CMD. Type in ipconfig. You should see all of this pop up: Now look for where ever it says IPv4 Address. There should be a few dots and then a number afterwards. Here is an example: 192.168.1.X That X should be a number. I need you to remember that number because we are going to need it for the next step. After you are done with that, open your browser and type in: 192.168.1.1 A username and password login will pop up. The username is usually Admin and the password is usually Password. After you log in, there should be a purple menu to the left of you. Scroll down to where it say's Advanced and click on Port Forwarding / Port Triggering. You should see this page: Click on Add Custom Service. Then fill it in with the following: When you get to the 193.168.1.X part, replace the number with the number we found in the CMD. Look for Router: 192.167.0.2 or a variation of that. Copy and paste it in your browser. http://grab.by/21gu C. Login with either, User: "Admin" & Pass: "Admin"; U: "Admin" & P: ""; or if you have changed it, you know D. Navigate to some form of Advanced>Port-forwarding E. Fill in the required boxes. a) Ip Address: Navigate to Network Preferences in System Preferences just like you did in step 8A. Look for the network you are connected to. In my case, it was "The Hallmans." You will know because under the network, it will say "Connected." Look for "'Your Computer Name' is connected to 'Network Name' with the ip address 'XXX.XXX.X.XXX'." This will be the ip you use in the Ip Address box in port-forwarding. B) TCP: 43594 "Always Allow" or "Allow All" c) (If you have) UDP: 43594 "Allows Allow" or "Allow All" d) Save settings and restart your router. F. Congratulations, you have now port-forwarded. Step 9: Compiling. Note: Some sources are not compatible for mac. It would be impossible to convert some of the methods called using Windows. You will just have to suffice. A. Find your source in a New Finder window. http://grab.by/21ir B. Open a terminal window adjacent to it. http://grab.by/21iG Type this: "cd " (with the space after it) Now, look at your finder window. Do you see the folder Icon next to the title of the client's folder? Click and Drag it to the terminal window and let go. You should now have: http://grab.by/21ja Press return. Type "javac *.java" (without quotes). Press return. If your source is compatible, it should have no errors. Somethings can be fixed easily so post here if you get errors. http://grab.by/21ji Step 10: Running. Find your servers run.bat file, open it, and copy the line that says something along the lines of "java -Xmx500m server" http://grab.by/21l6 Paste it into the same terminal window as you just compiled, (assuming you got no errors.) Note: If your run command has semicolons in it, change those to colons. This is a compatibility issue from Windows to Macintosh. Example:
java -Xmx512m -cp .;./jython.jar;./MySql/mysql-connector-java-3.0.08-ga-bin.jar server
Should be changed to
java -Xmx512m -cp .:./jython.jar:./MySql/mysql-connector-java-3.0.08-ga-bin.jar server
Press enter. You should get a message saying your server is up and running! http://grab.by/21k9 CONGRATULATIONS. You have finally gotten a server on your Macintosh computer.
 14. As some of you may have already seen, I have made 1 in-depth guide into project insanity which received very high mark's amongst the community, so a while ago I decided to make another guide, this time for DeltaScape. I have almost completed this fully, but my knowledge is very restricted to PI, I have tried playing around with the various methods in DeltaScape, to become more familiar with it, in doing so I have completed a great deal of the guide. Guide's I need submitted: Spawning NPC's - Would be much easier if he set out a guide in the .cfg How to change prices - Once again, would be much easier if he set up a guide in the .cfg Changing the XP rate How to make these commands

Teleport Command
Give Item Command
How to add a player right to the command
I will include 100% Credit on the specific guide and a link back to the creator profile. All you need to do is give me the code, and I'll implement it. Thank you very much for your time Link Complete NOOB 'DeltaScape' Guide + Tips to making a good RSPS
 15. Please note, I've created this from experience. So yes, It's mine. Don't use this anywhere else without my permission. Thankyou. Lets start off with eating, because without eating correctly. You won't gain much! Here's my general eating guide, for beginners. *Breakfast -Cereal [Special K Red Berries or really any Special K] -2-3 eggs and a piece of toast -Fruit -Yogurt and granola *Morning Snack -PB toast -Fruit *Lunch -Sandwich [typically chicken or turkey] -Burger -Salad -Fruit *Afternoon Snack -Whichever between salad and fruit I haven’t had yet -Vanilla yogurt [protein powder optional] and granola -Celery [great for fiber, also takes more calories to digest celery than are contained within it so it’s good for cutting up] -Nuts [har har har; take in moderation – lots of fats here if you eat a ton of them] *Dinner -Chicken -Lean beef -Salad -Fruit -Rice *Late Snack [post workout] -Fruit -Chicken -Protein shake -Plain white bread [I never eat this then, but I’ve heard it’s good for helping balance blood sugar] *General rules of thumb: -By fruit, I mean any fruit. Bananas are good post-workout because there’s stuff in them that help with muscle cramps. Apples in the morning are supposed to wake you up just as much as a cup of coffee, without any of the caffeine [Gala are my favorite apple]. Blueberries and strawberries are good, especially in cereal. Try adding fruit as into other meals as possible, it also helps when cutting up. -My only difference between cutting up and building is the amounts of food: building is more protein and carbs; cutting up still has both but really hit hard in the fruits. -Whole grain wheat is a lot better for you than white bread – it takes longer for your body to burn, typically has more fiber, etc. but is also more expensive. -For salads – don’t go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s and get one there – though they’re salads, they’re not so good for you. Make it yourself – lettuce and spinach are two staples for a good and healthy salad. I usually add tomato and carrots with light balsamic vinaigrette dressing or instead add strawberries or cranberries and almonds or some other type of nut, and find a sweet light dressing. By the way, fat free ranch dressing is horrible. -Leaner meats are mainly fish and chicken, but really any type of meat is a good source of protein. And again, home cooked stuff is better than fast food. Slamming in a bunch of quarter pounders isn’t gonna help you get ripped. -Water. And lots of it. I sometimes drink a propel or Gatorade on my longer cardio days [anything longer than 35 minutes], but more often than not it’s just plain old water. Some people say that ice cold is best because it makes your metabolism speed up to warm up the cold water – but I don’t know how much of an impact it makes. -No pop. Noneeee. A freebie here and there are okay. But the less pop, the better. -Your body converts fats to fat first. Then, it goes to sugars. So lower “fake” sugar stuff is better. It also keeps your blood sugar levels more stable, so you won’t crash or anything. When I’m craving something sweet I usually go for strawberries. I probably eat too many of those, but man. They’re good. -It really helps to find food that you really like to eat and is good for you. If you don’t like eating it, it probably won’t stick for too long. -If you ask your mom to get the more expensive food, make sure to thank her! Whole grains cost more than processed stuff. -In general, fruits and veggies are good for losing weight – especially if you stay away from the sugary stuff and eat them instead. But they’re also good for only putting on healthy weight. And, fun fact, there are “blue zones” where the highest populations on Earth live to be over 100 – and all of their diets include high levels of plants. So eat your fruits and veggies. -Try to cycle foods – don’t only eat bananas. Bananas are good for certain nutrition stuff, but not all of it. So keep changing them. -In general, if you burn more calories than you take in you’ll lose weight. Basic math. BUT there’s also this thing called “calorie cycling,” which is this: say I’m on a 2,500 calorie diet [weight gain]. I’ll eat 2,200 today – more fruits, veggies and protein. Then I’ll eat 3,000 – more carbs – the next day. Then 2,400 – balanced diet the next day. And so on. So it’s averaging out to my 2,500 allotment, but shifting it around. This also helps keep your metabolism up. -You’re allowed to eat veggies even if they aren’t in salads – all vegetables are good for you. There aren’t any that’ll hurt you. -Don’t fear the carbs – if you stay away from carbs altogether, as soon as you let them back into your diet your body will go nuts. If you don’t believe me, google “atkins diet horror stories.” There’re tons of them. Plus, the creator of the diet died pretty young, while on his own diet. I’ll pass on that one. -Focus on eating smaller meals more frequently. Helps keep metabolism going and curbs overeating too. Also, try to stop eating when you’re 80% full – your stomach takes time to tell your brain you’re full. Not sure how helpful this was. If you have any questions just let me know. I change my diet here and there, but I stick with a lot of the same things – no carbs too close before bed, try to stay away from sweets, protein and carbs during build sessions, less of those during cut sessions. Cutting Diet 8:30am -green tea pill -slow release protein shake (WPC) 10:30am -green tea pill -chicken breast (300g) -2 handfuls of defrosted veggies (broccoli, carrot, caulifower) 12:30pm -tuna (200g) -2 handfuls of defrosted veggies (broccoli, carrot, caulifower) 3:00pm -chicken breast (300g) -2 handfuls of defrosted veggies (broccoli, carrot, caulifower) 5:00pm -start of workout, protein shake (30g protein, 30g carbs) 6:30pm -post workout, fast release protein shake (WPI) 7:30pm -steak (any) -2 handfuls of defrosted veggies (broccoli, carrot, caulifower) 9:30pm -cottage cheese (100g) I’m taking a Food Science class this quarter so I’ll keep you all updated on this one. Beginner Lifting; Chest: -Upper Chest: Incline Bench -Whole [Mid] Chest: Flat Bench -Lower Chest: Decline Bench -Wider grip on the barbell targets further out parts of the chest; narrower grip targets more center of body [like where the spine is] -Flys build shape -Bench adds muscle -My chest routine: -Decline Bench Press 3x12 -Flat Bench Flys 3x15 -Incline Bench Press 3x12 -Seated Bench Machine [similar to a flat bench] 3x15 -Pec Fly Machine 3x10 Back: -Different grips will target different sections of the back [more or less], and biceps are the secondary group hit so changing grips will help that too -My back routine: -Lat Pulldowns in front [narrow grip] 3x10 -Lat Pulldowns behind the head [wide grip] 3x10 -Seated Rows 3x10 -Lat Pulldown Machine [split handle] 4x10 -Back Isolation Machine 3x15 -Deadlifts 3 sets till fail Arms: -Tricep Raises -Tricep Pressdowns -Barbell Reverse Curls -EZ Bar Preacher Curls -Standing Dumbbell Curls [change from concentration curl position to a barbell position with your hands as you bring it up] -Skullcrushers Legs: -Seated Leg Curls -Leg Extensions -Laying Leg Curls -Leg Press -Calf Press -Calf Raises Shoulders: -Lateral Dumbbell Raises -Front Dumbbell Raises -Shrugs [some people call them shoulder curls] -Military Press -Shoulder Press Advenced; MONDAY / LEGS AM: Quads Extensions 4 x 8-12 Front Squats 3 x 8-12 Leg Press 3 x 8-12 Hack Squats 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) PM: Hams Stifflegs 3 x 8-12 Lying Leg Curls 3 x 8-12 Seated Leg Curls 7s (5-7 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) Standing Calf Raises 4 x 8-12 Leg Press Calves 4 x 8-12 Seated Calf Raises 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) TUESDAY / CHEST/TRIS Barbell Incline Press 3 x 8-12 Dumbbell Incline Fly 3 x 8-12 Hammerstrength Flat Press 3 x 8-12 Cable Fly 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) Cable Pushdowns with Rope Attachment 3 x 8-12 Dips 3 x 8-12 Close Grip Bench Press 3 x 8-12 Skull Crushers 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) WEDNESDAY / BACK/BIS Chins (Wide) 3 x 8-12 Chins (Power Grip, Palms facing each other) 3 x 8-12 T-bar Rows 3 x 8-12 Bent-over Barbell Rows (Underhand Grip) 3 x 8-12 One-arm Dumbbell Rows 3 x 8-12 Straight Arm Standing Pulldowns 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) Standing EZ-Bar Curls 3 x 8-12 Hammer Curls 3 x 8-12 Concentration Curls 3 x 8-12 Preacher Curls 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) THURSDAY / SHOULDERS/TRAPS Smith (or Barbell) Military Press 4 x 8-12 Dumbbell Front Raises 3 x 8-12 Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3 x 8-12 Cybex Machine Presses 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) Standing Dumbbell Shrugs 4 x 8-12 Barbell Shrugs (with 2-second pause at top) 4 x 8-12 Bent-over Dumbbell Lateral Raises 4 x 8-12 Machine Reverse Pec Deck 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest between) FRIDAY REST SATURDAY / LEGS AM: Quads Extensions 4 x 8-12 Front Squats 3 x 8-12 Leg Press 3 x 8-12 Hack Squats 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) PM: Hams Stifflegs 3 x 8-12 Lying Leg Curls 3 x 8-12 Seated Leg Curls 7s (5-7 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) Standing Calf Raises 4 x 8-12 Leg Press Calves 4 x 8-12 Seated Calf Raises 7s (8-12 reps, 30-45 seconds rest in between) SUNDAY REST Notes Cardio 30 minutes cardio after workout or in morning, 5 days per week at any time during the day. 16. Here are a few tip's for those who haven't saw a phisher yet, or those that get massive email's from "Jagex Ltd", or "Runescape": Tip One: When Runescape email's you, they email you with images that are fully functioning and that do not bug, for example, they always test email themselves to see whether or not that the email can work correctly... They keep their Mistakes to the minimum. They sometimes email you with/without images when your rs account receives an infraction. They never start with "Dear Player," and they always start with "Dear" + RSNAMEHERE + ","; Sorry if i confused you now that I used a bit of Programming logic in it. Tip Two: Always Check the email and the link that they send to you! Sometimes they send you a link like: "services.runeszape.com", and please notice that i put a "z" instead of a "c" in "scape"; If you encounter something like this, please report it for fraud or phishing websites... Just to be safe, you can download: Google Chrome, Google Chrome has safety knowledge in it, if the site has been reported for phishing, it will show a red screen telling you that what it has been reported for, then it will have input buttons saying like: "Proceed to the site, anyways." or "Get me out of here!". Tip Three: Although a lot of people used bot's, they have made many topic's of being hacked or phished, this could be for many reasons: 1) They could have typed their account info into certain input text box's and clicked "Save" or "Save Profile", as that would save the account info somewhere on your computer, then by sending that account info to a website or email... 2) They could have put their Account information in a fraud/false website, or also known as a "Phisher". 3) They could have had a weak password and someone pass guessed their account info, and hacked them(Highly unlikely though). 4) They could have sold are spoken hint or the exact password of the account, and then got "Hacked". Bot's are unfair and get your account banned, As of Tuesday October 25, 2011, Runescape has stopped bot's that use reflection... Their is still bot's out their that do not need account info and do not use reflection, they still get your account banned, Highly recommended to not use these... Tip Four: Try to keep your account with recoveries, hard to guess password's, bank pins, all items in the bank, and in the Green aka "Safe" zone when in appeal offense... Tip Five: Do not share account info, and look out for scams and phishers. Its just that simple. Those are my best tip's to Runescape Account Safety, and I will be writing some more tip's as I get more time... -Proud Runescape member 11-9 years :)

 22. This small tutorial is written for those who know the basics of Java, but who lack on experience on using enums. If we were to distinguish between operative system detected on the local computer, the use of an enum would be a great alternative to
public static final int OS_UNKNOWN = -1; public static final int OS_WINDOWS = 0; public static final int OS_MAC = 1; public static final int OS_LINUX = 2;
If using an enum for this job, we could use this:
public enum OS { UNKNOWN, WINDOWS, MAC, LINUX; }
In a case where you want the enum to have data aswell (in this case, an integer), you could do this:
public enum OS { UNKNOWN(-1), WINDOWS(0), MAC(1), LINUX(2); private OS(int id) { this.id = id; } public int getID() { return this.id; } private int id; }
An explanation of the snippet above:
public enum OS { }
Declares the enum - like any other class or interface.
UNKNOWN(-1), WINDOWS(0), MAC(1), LINUX(2);
The capitalized words are fields (like variables). Using proper conventions those should be capitalized like constant variables. In cases where you want to USE the field name, you can add this into the enum declaration:
public String getFieldName() { return this.toString(); }
This will return the field name as-is (as in: will be capitalized if the fieldname is capitalized).
private OS(int id) { this.id = id; }
A constructor for the enum values. Works no different than other class-constructors. Actually, look at the enum values as variables which creates an instance of itself, with constant data.
public int getID() { return this.id; } private int id;
Given you know the basics of Java, as I stated in the top of this tutorial/enum explanation - I won't have to say much. It's our id variable and it's "getter". The full source (with a proper enum example) can be found here A testrun of that snippet:
Operative system: Mac OS X Message: Ahh! Someone runnin Mac OS X! I assume you're a student?
I decided to post this as several seems to be unfamiliar with enums (as shown here - A Herblore skillhandler by David). For those who still doesn't understand where enums can be useful - check out Oracles own tutorial here.
