1.
Anything NOT on the same PC yes you have to use a no-ip OR you can simply use Hamachi which there are tutorials for out there for setting that up as well.
I'm using my No-IP, I have been since the start (trying on non host laptop). So what could be the issue?
 2.
Assuming you're hosting connect via localhost (127.0.0.1) instead of your IP
A wise assumption, but I am trying to connect via a different computer within the same house, would I not have to connect by using the no-ip address?
 3. I have recently started to try and get my server up and running, and I've run into a bit of a dead end and am unable to figure this out on my own. If anyone could assist me with it, via skype that'd be dope! My problem: Even though port 43594 is open, and 'canyouseeme.org' recognizes that its open, I am still unable to connect to my server, even though the IP is 100% correct and it runs on port 43594. 4.
How are you running your client? Through the cmd or with an IDE? Simple batch:
echo off title Your Client - Run Java -classpath bin; client pause
Some things to note: Java - might have to change this to manually locate your Java.exe bin - This is the folder that contains your class files. It's usually named bin client - might be named Gui, Loader, JFrame, M. Really depends on your client. Also, if the file is in a sub folder you are going to have to add the name of the folder to the class name like so: sub_Folder_Name.client Also it's good to note that your client might need to take in extra arguments in the batch. A 317 client run batch file I had lying around:
echo off title Duckscape Client - Launch.bat java -Xmx800m -cp Class_Files; Gui 30 0 lowmem members 32 pause

I have been trying through the cmd prompt, I have also tried a signed jar file and it still didnt function properly, would you have time to help me on skype or teamviewer?
 5. No matter what revision or client I have tried, all of them can never find the main class Jframe/client/Loader If anyone can teamviewer me or skype me, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance! -~Nemonax~-
