1. I recently downloaded Destructive-X source,client, and cache. Then I the client up in eclipse and I didn't think the link would be down within that day so I never saved a original copy. And I am looking for the release again, maybe someone has a copy they could link me or know somewhere that has it still.
2. I downloaded the source and client but I never resaved just the base and not edited one. Is there anyways I can somehow find the base I first downloaded and re-pull it out of the zip file? I am asking because the the person who had the post with source and client was taken down. And now my files are messed up so trying to find how to access the original files again from when i first downloaded them.
3. No I didn't it was like that. I tried using eclipse to fix it but then Eclipse messed it up and i can't even run my client now.
4. I have no idea how to fix all of this....
5. Please help if I cannot fix this I cannot host my server that I have been working on, Need help ASAP! All help is much appreciated! Everything is working fine. But I cannot compile the client and nothing can be updated since the compiler has all those errors. Does anyone know how to fix this? It has been there since I downloaded the source. My server is dependent on fixing this problem and being able to update my client. PLEASE Help I will be your slave for eternity! symbol: variable super location: class Model src\Model.java:1542: error: cannot find symbol anInt1653 = (int) Math.sqrt(anInt1650 * anInt1650 + super.modelH eight ^ symbol: variable super location: class Model src\Model.java:1543: error: cannot find symbol * super.modelHeight); 6. Does anyone know how to fix the item from showing up as something it isn't? case 7142: itemDef.name = "@[email protected] tentacle"; itemDef.description = "A weapon from the abyss, embedded in a slimy tentacle.".getBytes(); itemDef.modelID = 4185; itemDef.modelZoom = 913; itemDef.modelRotationY = 304; itemDef.modelRotationX = 148; itemDef.modelOffset1 = 0; itemDef.modelOffset2 = 3; itemDef.itemActions[1] = "Wield"; itemDef.anInt165 = 4186; itemDef.anInt200 = 4186; itemDef.itemActions[1] = "Wield"; itemDef.itemActions[3] = "Check"; itemDef.itemActions[4] = "Dissolve"; break;
7. How would I add an item like the following below into my Itemdef? I added the model ids to my cache but it keeps giving me errors when i try to add the ints to my server. So how would I redo the very bottom code to work on my client. My Client: case 13758: itemDef.itemActions = new String[5]; itemDef.modifiedModelColors = new int[1]; itemDef.originalModelColors = new int[1]; itemDef.itemActions[1] = "Wield"; itemDef.modelID = 5412; itemDef.anInt165 = 5409; itemDef.anInt200 = 5409; itemDef.modelZoom = 840; itemDef.modelRotationY = 280; itemDef.modelRotationX = 0; itemDef.modelOffset1 = -2; itemDef.modelOffset2 = 56; itemDef.anInt204 = 0; itemDef.name = "Lime whip"; itemDef.description = "A Lime Abyssal Whip".getBytes(); itemDef.modifiedModelColors[0] = 528; itemDef.originalModelColors[0] = 17350; break; Other Server Ints: case 13899: itemDef.name = "Vesta's Longsword"; itemDef.actions = new String[5]; itemDef.actions[1] = "Equip"; itemDef.modelID = 42597; itemDef.modelZoom = 1744; itemDef.modelRotation1 = 738; itemDef.modelRotation2 = 1985; itemDef.modelOffset2 = 0; itemDef.modelOffset1 = 0; itemDef.anInt204 = 0; itemDef.maleEquip1 = 42615; itemDef.femaleEquip1= 42615; itemDef.description = "Vesta's Longsword, a reward from PVP.".getBytes(); break;
8. Can you help me add the snippet? Team Viewer?
9. I tried it and it doesn't come up in compiler right.
10. The source I downloaded DecietfulPK ancient alter doesn't give you the different spell books when you click the dialogue so trying to just have a command that anyone can use whenever except for when in the wildy. Some examples of my server commands, hopefully it helps you come up with the code. case "changepassword": try { String password = playerCommand.substring(15); if (password.length() < 4) { c.sendMessage("Your password needs to be bigger than 3 characters."); return; } c.playerPass = password; c.sendMessage("Your password is now: " + password); } catch (Exception e) { c.sendMessage("You must enter a password."); } return; if (cmd.startsWith("rep")) { if (c.reputationPoints >= 1000) { c.forcedChat("I have "+c.reputationPoints+" reputation points, so you can **** off."); } else c.forcedChat("I currently have "+c.reputationPoints+" reputation point(s)."); } if(cmd.startsWith("unpc")) { c.isNpc = false; c.updateRequired = true; c.appearanceUpdateRequired = true; }
11. Thank you so much guys, it worked! Saved me a headache.
