Ye its online but i think its lost most of its players and staff :( for the 3 months ive been playing it was fine now it goes down people just went off

I have been trying this for awhile know a friend linked me to a server to try out and test but i cant seen to get the cache to work i keep getting requesting tittle then a error and retrying know i have looked all over and tried new things change the drobbox cache link to my own i done everything and cant get my cache to work so know i need urgent help can anybody help me fix this on Teamviewer?
