  3. How do I get rid of the "ChronicScape" Banner on the login screen, I've changed all the other sprites but I just can't find the ChronicScape one? Other than that, good source. Enjoying messing about with it.

  6. The 1st of January restart of this thread is finally here. I'll be updating this thread every two weeks from this day. Since my last update, I've barely done anything due to having a broken wrist which basically put me out for a month or so. I'm not exactly meant to be doing anything now with it but I believe my wrist is fine. Will update two weeks from now on the 14th. I will also edit this tomorrow adding the exercises I'm doing now as well, I'm a bit tired tonight.

I think you're right actually, I'll have to work up a foundation. I'm not exactly sure what will really be good for starting it out though but I'll check it all out and change up my routine. As for the gym membership. Where I am at the moment for work (cause it's summer holidays) I'm almost in the middle of nowhere so there isn't a gym out here sadly. Once I'm back home I believe I can get myself into a fairly good gym. (Has a pool, boxing room, etc.) Also, you guy's have all been massive helps since I started this and all I can say is it's good to have people with knowledge around you. Makes it seem a whole lot easier. :)

  13. Little bit of an update on what I'm going to do with this thread. Done my weights today for like, the first time in a few weeks with 6 Kilograms each hand. Didn't do much for a long time due to breaking my wrist which was kind of why this thread slowed down/stop. 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Bicep Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Bi Lateral Raises 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Dumbbell Shrugs 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Hammer Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Overhead Tricep Extensions 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Wrist Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Laying Floor Bench 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 Tricep Floor Bench I will be re-starting this thread from the 1st of January. The thread will be updated not as often as I used to. It'll be every two weeks instead of every week. I will also be starting my dieting again and everything else around this. So hopefully you guys are still interested in this thread.
  14. New weight set. IPod Dock, TV, Clothes and Vouchers. All in all probably 750$ worth. :) Pretty happy with Christmas this year. Hope you guys get good presents.
